Hello guys! Just dropping to say hello and this is my first message in this forum so I guess it is just right to introduce myself. Well I am a 31 year old writer and a health and fitness enthusiast. I have been in Paleo diet for 5 years now and I've read and write about paleo diet a lot. I know that being in this forum is a win-win situation for me and the community as I am sure we will learn a lot from each other.
