Pretty interesting read, Tyler.  I have been doing some CR, mainly as a result of intermittent fasting.  Blog has lots of posts on that too.  Not sure if I had seen that site before.

If lowering iron increases life span then this also suggests moderating red meat consumption would be a good idea, and eating more greens, fat, and fish.

Then you may lose health by doing so. Far better to just donate blood twice a year as I am going to do.
