Title: Hello from Aurora CO.

Hi everyone! I'm David a 37year old man form Aurora Colorado. I started eating raw meat about 2 weeks ago, using youtube, common sense and instinct to guide me. I have no major health problems just the low energy, low ambition, depression, struggling to get out of bed, ect. that plagues most men my age. I started with raw eggs then grass fed beef and liver, halfway into my first raw ribeye I new this was the right way forward. I'd appreciate any advise/tips anyone would have for someone new to this.
I'm grateful I found this forum, I've already gotten a lot of good information. thank you!
