Title: Ankle Cracking

Does anyone know what i can do about my ankle cracking/popping basically every time i walk?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you spend a lot of time shod? I imagine if you spent more time barefooted your ankles will be healthier

Stretch your legs as deeply as possible, do ankle stretchs make sure to push all your toes up in the stretch.
Take magnesium if you need it.

Ankle cracking is supposedly caused by the tendons moving around in relation to your bones. The cracking is related to the tendon sliding into different places. I started warming up my ankles by rotating them in both directions at the beginning of the day and it seems to have reduced some of my cracking noises
