Title: Dehydrated raw animal fat
Post by: TylerDurden on July 01, 2019, 03:33:28 am
Just noticed how raw animal fat tastes even better when dehydrated just a bit at 40 degrees Celsius for a day or so. I‘d imagine that this is more palaeo in a way.

Dehydrated how, exactly? I've always preferred colder fat, whether it's the dry or more creamy kind. What fat did you use?

Interesting how you think this is more paleo in a way, but what makes you think that?

You can also dry-age fat and It dehydrates in a way. I prefer my waxy fat warm and my creamy fat cold or chilled.
