Title: Estrogen food sources
Post by: pioneer on May 15, 2010, 10:30:02 am
Has anyone ever come across this. Dr. William Wong talked about this on oneradio. All the more reasons humans were not meant to eat grains and legumes. Im starting to second think nuts/seeds as well.

Also, once you stop eating the estrogen foods you actually have lower oestrogens naturally, so it's not good for women or those that want to be more feminine either..

It is always good to lower estrogen to a normalized level. Not a low level, a normal level. Excess estrogen is bad for both men and women. Estrogen breeds inflammation, fibrosis, infertility, cancer, low testosterone, depression, and an early death. These food sources are all non paleo anyway, so we would never have had them. I dont consider all of them really estrogen foods, mainly beans, legumes, nuts and seeds. Those foods are actually little uterisses, think about it. Everyone is eating these yin type foods in large quantities without any yang foods like pine/ bee pollen, or maca root to balance it out. People are starting to see the adverse health effects of excess estrogen from plastics, pesticides, and these foods listed. In Japan, people have over 100,000 in vitro fertilizations a year now because of all the soy they eat. Hispanics are always eating black beans every day and they age very fast and are estrogen dominant. When hispanics are seen outside their normal environment, away from legumes, they are testosterone dominant. European people seem to age slower than most of the world because they eat the least amount of legumes.

I was reading around on the wai diet page's forum that any milk, even raw cow's milk, has extremely large amounts of natural estrogens.
According to this list the phytoestrogen count of milk is pretty low compared to the other foods, but what about the naturally occurring estrogens from the cows being bred to milk constantly?
Does anyone have any info on this, and whether it poses the same danger as phytoestrogens?
