Title: Coconut Oil Detox Advice

I am considering doing a vrigin coconut oil detox the way that is described by Good Samaritan on his website. The objective is to help control my addiction to sugars, that I believe might be caused by candida. Has anyone else tried it?Do you have any advice?

did you tried the detox? any updates?

i tried it today and could do it only for one day,  8- 10 tblsp's... i dont know if i will do it tomorrow... knocked me out... saw some creatures in toilet. my head was exploding, gut hurting, many toilet visits, total HELL! i want to heal my leaky gut... i dont know how can coconut oil heal the leaky gut in just 3 days....

anybody else tried it?
