Title: females-how much do you eat per day?

Females: How much meat do you eat per week?
This question is for those who eat most all meat (all raw of course).
I eat about 11 lbs of meat per week, with 2-4lbs raw fat, and the marrow from about 7-8 lbs shank bones. (basically all of the marrow from a side of beef except the pieces that go with certain cuts.) When I tell people how much meat I eat per week they are flabbergasted of course. :o Because I am rather small and girlish.

I eat about 1-1.5 lbs per day.  No one is flabbergasted because no one has seen me eat.

No one has actually seen me eat raw meat, but they have seen me come home with huge amounts and seen it in the refer.

    I probably eat less than two pounds of muscle meat every week.

I can more easily tell you calories. I am raw ZC, about 75% fat, 25% protein, no carbs save trace carbs in eggs and organs.

I eat 1600-1700 calories on non lifting days, higher if I hike/powerwalk. On lifting days, 3X a week, I eat 2000-2100. This is 80/20 ground beef or chuck stew meat, raw, with eggs (cooked--I hate raw yolks) and/or bone marrow (raw) and gizzards or hearts (seared, just about all raw).

I am extremely active, 103lbs, 13% bodyfat.

Wow, I guess I eat more than most females. By the end of the week I am completely out of meat too! I weigh 124lbs now and used to weigh 103 at 5 foot four. I guess I eat so much because I work alot and get up at 4:30 each morning, but I hardly get any exercize. If any other females would like to contribute I would be thrilled to know their statistics.
