Title: High Meat and Cooked Food
Post by: Coatue on October 04, 2010, 02:10:49 pm
I still eat cooked meals a few days a week. Is it still safe to try high meat?

Yep, no problem.

I and others have found that the high-meat, to some extent, negates the ill-effects of eating cooked foods.

I still do, there's nothing wrong with that as long as you always combine them with raw or cooked vegetables just to balance the diet. :)

What kind of meat do you ferment, Irenekrey?
Coatue, I have been occasionally eating cooked food. Then I eat highmeat, and it hasn't given me a problem. I ate all raw for a couple years first though. It seems to me, the concensus is pretty much what Tyler said. I don't know if that's how I'd describe it, but I will say that as long as highmeat is made fairly well, it does me a world of good.
