I am afraid that amazon only offers 19 dollars for a  copy, though they admittedly take much longer to send the books, according to various people. Perhaps it would be best to check the price of the book at hilarion.com and wewant2live.com where it is more frequently sold, and try to underbid them.

So then you'd have to sell it for like 10 dollars, is that really worth it for only 10 dollars? lol
Just give the book to someone who wants it.
