Here is a study showing cooked foods are more antigenic than raw, Tyler. Feel free to put it wherever you want.
Detection of IgE, IgG, IgA and IgM antibodies against raw and processed food antigens Published online 2009 May 12 Aristo Vojdani http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2685801/

I had too many of each of those antibodies except the IgEs when I was long time cooked pure vegan.

Very interesting article, especially for me (3 different autoimmune diseases in the past, strong reactions to cooked food since I eat strictly raw etc).

Thanks a lot, PP :) ;D . I had been vaguely looking around for such a study for some time, ever since I had read how immunoreactive AGEs were. I will post it in the relevant sticky thread on rawpaleoforum, as well as on the rawplaeodiet yahoo group and, what the hell, the Paleofood list(mentioning you indirectly, of course), since 2 members there routinely post silly pro-cooking remarks by wrangham et al every month or so. I will also archive that study for eventually putting it on rawpaleodiet.com
