So are they saying more lithium increases lifespan or less?

My former naturopath put me on lithium back in the summer, specifically for my insomnia. I was such a mess I couldn't really tell any difference, but I don't feel supplementation of it would be right.

Maybe more lithium can mean less stress, due to the sedative effect, thus increasing chances of prolonged lifespan?

Interesting, though. Thanks for sharing.

I have just put the batteries of my notebook into my beloved blender with some goji berries plus raw cream and some honey.

That was a great detox..
