Title: Raw Paleo Diet Lecture at 2pm on May 22 at Herbana Farms Harvest Festival 2011

I will be participating as one of the speakers in Herbana Farms’ Harvest Festival at 2pm on May 22, 2011.  I buy my organic vegetables from farmer Gil Carandang of Herbana Farms.  And he invited me to give a little talk about how to practice a cooked paleo diet / raw paleo diet lifestyle in the Philippines.  I will strive to do a demo and lecture.  Probably make myself hungry for the demo.

This is awesome. Do you have a video of this? Maybe you should post this to youtube? Is this in English?
