Title: Using Tanning Beds Safely

When using tanning beds to supplement real sun light (due to being in an office 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, how long should one tan per visit and how many visits per week? Also, is there any specific tanning beds to avoid?

Like cooking a steak. Til brown on both sides and still bloody in the center.
