Title: Beefheart-sushi
Post by: Inger on December 22, 2011, 07:58:31 pm

Slice the heart thin, make a nice spicy mix from ground meat. I used elkmeat, spiced it up as I do when making tartar.
Ad a bit of the ground meat on the heart-slice, then a peace (stick) of beef-fat, and roll it. Then cut the roll in two. Ready. :)
This is a hearty meal.

You could dip it in soysauce if liked, like sushi. I personally  like it like it is.

Wow.  You really are quite the rawpaleo domestic chef goddess.

 That looks very tasty.

Wow.  You really are quite the rawpaleo domestic chef goddess.
Amen to that. I can't believe that Inger is human, no matter what she says. She must be either a goddess or angel or some sort of supernatural being.

Here's how I tend to make my raw Paleo meals, LOL:
Take meat or liver or fat out. Slap it on a cutting board. Chop it up. Eat. Grunt satisfaction like a good dumb brute.  ;) Then marvel, befuddled at Inger's artistry and the magical aura that emanates from her images, and get on your knees and worship the incomprehensible goddess you behold, asking her to have mercy and spare your miserable life, crossing yourself several times, muttering incantations, throwing holy water around and offering an animal sacrifice to the goddess Inger.  ;)

Haha that is funny! Nice work Inger I've made heart sashimi before but it was much less elaborate than that!

Oh it's ok Inger, I was just sharing some raw recipes in a facebook group I just started about raw foods and permaculture, and those were so pretty I know they would have been well received, but no worries, I used several of your other recipes, including the link and giving you credit. Thanks for making such lovely eye 'candy' dishes!

I was bummed the photos were gone, but I was mostly just wondering where they went?
