Title: Operation Osmin: FISH SALAD AND WATER!
Post by: Sully on February 28, 2012, 07:56:04 am
He makes his clients train in outdoors anywhere. Hew only lets them have fish, water and salad. that's pretty close to the paleo diet. But I love the show. He is from Cuba, and is a personal trainer.

That guy looks awesome.

He may be onto something with the train outdoors thing.

Arnold Schwarzenegger in his autobiography said that you should train outdoors whenever possible, and if you must train indoors, make sure the room is as well ventilated as possible.

His theory was that there is more oxygen outdoors, and so your body can go faster, stronger, further than otherwise.

It sounds logical to me.

Yeah I definitely, love training outdoors more.  It can be more fulfilling. Especially for adventures and use my surroundings to do stuff. Like in my Junts videos. And running up huge hills. I say, if it can be done outside in your area, than all the better!

He also says you can train anywhere. Not just outside. In your house, at an airport, in a mall. Anywhere you go you can find a way to workout. take the stairs instead of the escalator for ex. One of Bruce Lee's ways of thinking too, take the stairs, ride a bike to work etc. Just find any little way to get a workout in if time permits it (cause many people are on a time crunch), you know. Just have to work with what you got.
