Title: Hello to all from the Germany
Post by: A1000Jakeys on March 16, 2012, 12:05:50 am
Hi to you all

I'm an ex-pat living in Germany and have been following the Kwasinewski diet for over a year with great result. This diet suits me fine as I love meat and fat! Just by chance I came across this site and thought about eating raw for a short while.

I'm at the stage where we (my wife and I) eat raw eggs and raw cream for breakfast, raw meat for lunch and some cooked meat with cooked onions for dinner. I tend to keep in the proper ratios and amounts I need for my daily intake. However to up the sat fat intake I tend to eat a lot of coconut fat and coconut butter (raw, of course!) By eating coconut this keeps me going through the day.

My real challenge is simply chocolate. I love it yet I know how unhealthy it is, especially the soy and sugar in it. Due to stress at work, the chocolate intake went up a little too much and am now using this new start of eating raw to break the routine again! So far so good. It's not 100%, however I'm losing the weight again.

I'm looking forward to the discussions and I'm sure some of them will be rather contentious!

Raw Kwasniewski? That is about the most junk-food-style RVAF diet I have ever heard of!

Cooked and raw foods do not mix well. If I were a newbie, I would prefer eating raw and cooked foods on separate days.

Herzlich Willkommen!

Do you make your own coconut cream? If so, do you have a good source of fresh mature coconuts anywhere in Germany? Most often the ones I get are spoiled..
