Title: Food Rotating
Post by: joej627 on April 23, 2012, 08:56:05 pm
Hey guys,
Does anybody find the need to "rotate" foods on the RPD. Like not eating eggs for breakfast every morning. It's a little hard for me to do as my raw protein/fat sources are basically: eggs, beef, marrow, salmon, then plant sources (avocado, olive oil, sometimes nuts). I don't want to risk developing an intolerance to some of my favorite things ;D

I find that if I eat the exact same raw foods for many months that my taste for them goes down and I find them eventually a bit bland.I also find that I am not at peak health. So, I regularly change my raw foods from raw wild boar to raw wild lamb etc. I am not so bothered with my raw fruit/veg-intake and keep it much the same.

I think it's good to rotate out foods regularly, especially fat sources, and to a lesser degree carb sources. Protein is not as important to rotate out.
