Weak sauce, why didn't they say whether they studied raw, cooked or both?

Weak souce, why didn't they say whether they studied raw, cooked or both?
They never do as it is automatically assumed that they are focusing on cooked animal foods, but their stupidity in referring to animal foods in general as being bad, whether raw or cooked, in such studies is embarassing for them.
