is anyone on hormone replacement therapy ( testosterone injections ) would it have any benefits for someone on raw paleo? any dangers?

I would avoid such like the plague. Adding in artificial hormones gets the body to reduce its production of those same hormones. Plus, the synthetic version is never exactly the same as the real thing, in terms of effect.
