Title: Avocado Diet

Could you "safely" eat a diet solely of avocados?

Not that I want or plan to, I'm just curious.

Some would say I've tried how much I love avocados. ;)
But... I've never tried them all alone for a fast - cuz they go too well with too many things.
I could do a diet with avocados in every meal though easy!

I deffinitely have avocados in every meal.

But I don't advise a diet of nothing but avocados. I haven't researched it, but I assume it wouldn't give you all the nutrients you need that a balanced diet would.

Back in my raw vegan days I would eat as many as 8 or 9 avos a day.

I would also eat some greens and other fruit with it, though.

They are an OK fat source, but they tend to reduce your energy levels. That can be useful for people who are too energetic and emotionally over-reactive.

They're not the worst food for a mono-diet, but they are lacking in some nutrients.
