Is apple cider vinegar paleo?  Do you have any other thoughts on apple cider vinegar?

I suppose it's fine in moderation.  Some people do seem to see some benefits from it.

Only buy raw (organic?) apple cider vinegar, and then preferably only with "mother of vinegar" in it.

If there is something you need for healing, don't let us stop you.

I use ACV as a tool for healing, but not a regular part of diet.

Say I want to alkalize the body fast, I would use acv at times.
