How do you eat grains, by cooking? Or raw soaking,sprouted ?

I don't eat them at all. I don't think, for instance, that raw, thoroughly-soaked brown rice is all that bad, relatively, but it's still not a food that we're well-adapted to.

My question is why u need to eat grains? That means u don't eat enough meat or fats?

Maybe he/she is missing some nutrition that comes specifically from the grains?

I prepare for friends, rarely for myself, and I would like to find how to eat them that are more easy for digest.
So I soaked them in the water , but what to do after, eat them soaked raw, or cooked?

Yes cook them, make bread or whatever.

I don't eat them or recommend them, but there are sprouting and fermenting ideas in a book called Wild Fermentation and I believe in Sally Fallon book(s).

I think you landed on the wrong forum/website. We are a RAW PALEO website/forum. Look it up if you don't know what it is. Buy the Book Nourishing Traditions. They have a ton of info/recipes on the subject.

Back in the olden days, I used to sprout, grind, roll, and dehydrate grains to make uncooked crackers. I never used a recipe, but the variations were to use different grains, seeds, nuts, herbs, spices, or salt to make something you thought tasted good.
