Indeed.  this is the biggest reason I keep eating the way I do.  I like having good stamina, aerobic capacity, joint health, and strength, even as those qualities decrease in people my age, year after year.

Thanks for the info. Naturally it will have problems in the way data is collected but the overview is definitely interesting.
