Hello everyone! Just joined the forums and am looking forward to engaging and learning from everyone here. Seems like a very knowledgeable and friendly community. I am just beginning my raw food journey, have been eating raw for a while but have not yet gone 100%. This is about to change :). Am looking forward to learning more and getting the most out of my diet and increasing energy.

hello!  you've found a good place to be...  ya, everyone here (except for that "bookittyrun" twerp, i can't tolerate his cantankerous disposition) is pretty cool...  very informative, very helpful, and plenty supportive.  enjoy your stay!
