I sleep 7-8 hours.

Go to sleep at 10 PM (in winter at 9 PM) and wake up around 6 AM.

I love my sleep.. I get so sweetly sleepy in the evening.. and wake up refreshed without any alarm. New to me, I never was like this before I started to follow the Kruse protocols. They really fixed my circadian biology!

under the current, 1st shift type job schedule, i'm usually in bed between 2am-4-am.  3 to six hours of sleep per night, depending...

i feel the most rested, and stable, working 3rd shift.  taking two, 4 hour sleep periods during the day ,works best for me under those circumstances.

sleep is for the weak and weary.   ;)

I can confirm that. In winter i go to bed around 10pm. In summer it's between 10 and 11pm. In the morning i wake up between 5 and 6am. I feel very refreshed then and I don't need an alarm clock any more  ;D

Just to mention: my sleep quality depends heavily on my foodstuff and the way of eating. Dinner around 6-7pm, carbs (if any) at lunch but not at dinner, minimizing artifical light after sunset.

I sleep from around midnight to 7:30 AM. I sleep better and longer if I'm doing some exercise during the day.

10-11 p.m. to 5-6 a.m. I find it too hard to wake up too much past 6 (except on weekends which is more around 7 max). I feel too strong a need to get up and start my day.

9-10pm, wake 5-6am. i had no idea so many people would respond like that, i thought i needed too much :D  i need my 8-9 hours of sleep, but i really wish i were one of those people who needed half that!  on workout days, it's got to be 9 hours.

at one point I was doing 5 hrs a day and felt great. Now im at least 8 a day and often 10 since I started working out.

The more active i am, the more sleep I need. I can get by with 6 hours a night if I'm working a desk job.  That's not true with my current job.

Going to sleep varies, but waking up is almost always 8-9AM (I don't use alarm).
On average it's 7.8 hrs sleep.

going to sleep between 9-10pm and waking 5-6 am

sometimes in the summer, especially on hot days ill rest from 12-4 ish, mostly nap out in the heat and sun, and then stay awake a bit later, between 11-12, but then wake up before 7.

sometimes in the winter ill be asleep by 7 or 8 and up at 4
