according to http://www.homodiet.co.za/ (http://www.homodiet.co.za/)
The ideal proportion between the main food components of protein, fat and carbohydrates should be in the range of 1 : 2.5 - 3.5 : 0.5
My wife drinks raw egg yolks and raw coconut milk.

Nora Gedgaudas has whole interesting topic in PMPM on this and she recommends low quantity (250 g per day) of meat to avoid protein overload.

I don't know. Though, I must say, I always found a bit odd the argument in favor of quite high ratios of fat , coming from Paleo proponents. Whether it's good or not, it never struck me as realistically " very Paleo". I might be missing something but, otherwise, I see it as a substantial contradiction.

Humans have long sought sources of fat. Australians knew when each animal had the most fat in each season, traveled hundreds of miles for pine nut harvests and killed many animals during peak fat season for the fat and discarded the flesh. Domesticated animals have been bred to be fat, chickens, ducks and geese have been bred to be so fat they can no longer fly. Pigs used to be bred so fat they couldn't run or walk more than a few hundred feet. Cows are bred for high marbling.
