Interesting. I notice that even a small amount of the crap will affect me for days, sometimes. I read somewhere that one of the famous race drivers said he did not drink for at least 5 days before a race. I noticed that with flying and the guys I worked with would come into work that morning after once in awhile and they would be worse than useless.

I used to have very little energy back when I ate the SAD diet. I have FAR more energy now in my late 30s than I did when I was in my early 20s, and I attribute the change almost entirely to diet, with some small help from posture work.
