Title: Hello from the land of Cheese and Chocolate....

And of course I don't eat either.... at least not for the last five days.

I'm a 54 year old English bloke living in exile in Switzerland.... Possibly the most bland place on earth.

Tired of being overweight I had a look at all the diets and found the Paleo was the most appealing. I'm on Day five of the detox stage one and so far no problems. Monday sees me starting my new exercise routine to help me loose a beer belly and tone up the rest.
