Post by: Raw Matt18 on November 10, 2014, 09:21:32 am
Just trying to figure out what sauces i can use to eat with my meat. Right now I'm only using really raw honey which I love but is there a way to make a very simple sauce to eat with my meat

What do you need a sauce for buddy? Are you cooking your meat?  salt and pepper should suffice.

In the Philippines some people use fermented fish sauce or raw "bagoong" for beginners.

You can also use "atsara" fermented young papaya.

Of course when you get high quality fresh stuff and you get used to aging the meat in the ref, you don't need these anymore.

Where do you live Matt?  I think raw egg yolks make good sauce...bacon too, just add fat :)
