Usually I eat my meat fresh.
The Meat I am about to have today I got it from the local butcher yesterday and I put the steaks on a plate inside the refrigerator.

Today its got a little bit dry surface!
Is it something I should worry about?

If it gets even drier by the evening its still good for eating??

Testosterone levels are geneticly determined there is a balance and a limit.

In my opinion to get high T levels you need good diet good sleep and the most important is an athletic target that requires strong competition but the target should be realistic and you have to desire it and move forward everyday seeing progress live the progress lol or you just spinning your wheels

Could you show me this please. I am so interested to read it. I will take pics of my blood tests after my GF comes back today and I can use her camera. I will also take pics of myself.

Here you go this is the website I read that from its somewhere there. theres alot of tips how to raise your T naturally it even includes buying little electric device and tie it to your balls when you sleep to stimulate your T production this guy will show you how to get it to the MAX.

http://www.boost-your-low-testosterone.com/testosterone-booster.html

Look what he says on supplements

Quote
Are you looking to boost your testosterone levels?

Would you like to do so without drugs, injections, or artificial hormones?

Good!

I'm going to show you exactly how to do that on this page.

I used these techniques myself, to take my testosterone levels from the basement, all the way up into the upper normal range.

I'm here to tell you that you can do the same!

But I have a warning for you!

Cycle your supplements, or you'll just be wasting your money.

Why!

Because if you take any product too often, it will completely stop working.

Just read all the website before starting

Here I found it for you where he says about the normal range etc etc...
http://www.boost-your-low-testosterone.com/normal-testosterone.html

Normal Testosterone!

I'm going to do you a huge favor, and give you the number you're looking for right now.

800 nanograms per deciliter

Yup, 800 is it!

Get your testosterone up into that range, and you're good to go!

The hundreds of pages on this website that talk all about how to boost your testosterone levels will not apply to you one little bit.

But wait you say!

I'm at 275, and the doctor says that's normal!

Not so fast!

Normal for a decrepit 95 year old man maybe, but not for you!

You see, the way the medical profession arrives at the "normal reference ranges"is to average out the blood levels of everyone tested.

This creates a very real problem!

How old are you?

True, chairs are horrible for one's back in the long-term, so squatting turkish-style might be an option.

However, HGs usually make a hollow for their head to lie in, so the head should, ideally, be lower than the rest of the body.

Hey tyler what is turkish squat?

361
sit in deep squt . check the "Squat Motivational Thread"  you have alot of info there to start working on your squat position.

I can sit in deep squat now after few months of working on it But only for short time and with nike shoes where the heel is elevated a little bit.

That does not surprise me at all, I work with children.
I have met a 12 month old on a calorie restricted diet(doctor approved!), drinking vanilla rice milk.
Stupidity like that is not sustainable.

I don't eat alot of animal fat the main source of my fat intake as sad as it sounds are eggs.
I eat 3 raw steaks usually or tenderloin with some egg yolk and im ok :D

I might consider taking fish oil or something but I want to change country in next few years for sure...

In nature animals always move when their enviorment is not supplying them with good food they change place always going to the best place because they know food is their life and its not something to play with. Im in the same situation right now!

So the change is taking place in your soul - not primarily in your body, right?

Both  :)

Just little update

Nowadays I am not that afraid of raw meat.
The only meat I can get is grainfed not because of financial problems but because I changed country and where I live now grassfed is not exist.

I eat raw meat once a week raw eggs everyday juicing veggies .
Maybe soon I will start eating raw meat 2 days a week !!

I don't look at Aaj as a guru, I look at him as an elder, who has been eating what I consider to be properly, for 40 yrs now i think, that's 37 more than myself. I'm 24 and I don't feel like I have any elders in my life. My grandparents are SAD to the max, so is most of my extended family. It's ridiculous that I have to teach my grandparents how to eat real foods again. So having an elder like Aajonus is something I value. That doesn't mean his word is law for me, only that he is responsible for opening my eyes and giving me the tools to be the master of my health and I give I'm interested to hear more from him.

Think about natives who grow up surrounded by elders, people who are awake and aware their entire lives, all the knowledge they have to teach. We in western society, and maybe even in civilization in general have been robbed of that mostly. Thank God for the internet!

I asked a friend of my grandfather about raw meat eating he told me when he was 14 or so his mother slaughtered a pig and asked him and his father if they wanted to drink some blood they all tried and he said it was good and very refreshing!!

It was like 50years ago in AJERBAJAN !!! my grandmother told me kids from in kazahstan used to make JERKY or just take raw meat put salt on it and eat it!!!  ALL HALF CENTUARY AGO!

I am so amazed how all this knowledge almost been lost and people are suffering from all this degenerative disease because of it... its just sad..
