Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Re: Slanker's Pet Food?
« on: February 23, 2011, 02:13:49 pm »
Fresh organs definitely taste Divine. This is the only reason, I'm little afraid of Slanker. But in rare case, I'll consider to have this Slanker. Lex Rocker story is very inspiring and if he gets the positive result, than I'll get the benefit too. It's affordable, available and much better than anything else...

General Discussion / Re: egg whites ffs

My toddler's eating one whole egg and a half (only yolk). He's doing very well and so far nothing is bad with him consuming egg white. Personally, I also feel good eating whole egg than just the yolk...

A lot of people have their vices. Some smoke, some do drugs, snuff, others gamble, etc...

My vice is gum. I like to chew gum.

I have been doing really well eating raw and feeling good. I still want to chew gum though. Is there such thing as a natural sugar-free gum without nasty chemicals? I honestly don't care so much about the taste. I just like to chew.  O0
Chew the bee wax.

Tea is good. I forgot to add that in the morning in empty stomach to drink one cup of hot green tea and at night before you go to bed, do the douching with rest of the tea. First boil the water and than pour the green tea on boiling water and turn off the fire and cover the tea for 10/15 minutes. The last time when I suffer for UTI, I was not on RPD. Just drinking the commercial craneberry juice, I felt the difference instantly. I mean it's much better than taking antibiotic for the treatment. Your main focus should be, how can you prevent that for reoccurring in the future. Some tea is very good for so many reasons, eventhough  you need to boil them.

Health / Re: Anyone use a shower filter? Recommendations?
« on: February 11, 2011, 07:28:37 am »
I also improve my health by having "no shower" for the past 2 months. I clean my hair every week and use enormous amount of water after using the toilet. My concern is also how can I get good toilet water. My three yrs old son also doesn't take shower. When he does, I put fresh wheatgrass in the water. For everyone, I can say that if you put wheatgrass or any wild grass in the water, that will help you a lot. In third world, people swim in the river or in the pond, everyday; it's not only the diet, we need to change our entire lifestyle to achieve good health.

My mouth improve definitely on RPD, but I see my bleeding gum (when i brush) now often. In summer sun bathing completely stops that problem. I get improvement from bad breath, tooth pain, cleaner mouth... etc. so far. But my three yrs old son has absolutely no problem. I stop brushing his teeth almost a year now.

Cranberry juice is very good for UTI. Last year I got this UTI, when i used to eat very small amount of raw meat and 90% cooked meat/fish a day. Than I went to a healer where he asked me to start douching with green tea everyday and that helped. So, stop eating any kind of cooked food and follow 100% raw paleo diet and do the douching with green tea and try to eat fresh cranberries/juice... that'll definitely help you. Wishing your fast recovery . ;)

I'll ask my farmer to provide me the beef skin. I'm sure he'll be selling that to me. I believe the vit D in it. Probably summer time it has the most vit D. Than I can figure it out how to consume, where "nothing is written down the stone" :D

General Discussion / Re: Mineral supplements
« on: February 04, 2011, 12:43:46 pm »
I find the best mineral supplements to be edible clay. Humans instinctively ate clay when they were deficient in things through some sort of craving I heard. It's natural, filled with silica, calcium, magnesium, and is very detoxifying and digestible and is raw and natural. Google edible clay or green clays
what's the name of your clay? How do you eat that?

As long as I eat the raw form of muscle meat or organs meat, I feel almost the same, except organs meat are more nutritious. I also get addiction of eating organ meat, like stomach.

I always see that my birth place is a better place to find best quality of meat and other things like natural living. United States definitely a place for opportunity, but need a lot of money to live a simple life. I live in New York and my source of grassfed meat is way better than the people I know (living in Ca) that consume raw meat in other states. I pay fortune for my food and now I'm about to have my own farm. I'll be glad to have paleo friends in my farm in the future.

Health / Re: Numbness in arms and hands on a raw paleo diet
« on: January 17, 2011, 01:53:46 pm »
My muscle cramps started 3 yrs ago when I was pregnant. After that when i've strated eating RPD, it becomes a regular issue. In summer, nude sunbathing helps to stop muscle cramps completely. But now it strats again. couple of months I take vit C and vit D3 regularly and that also help to reduce my muscle cramps.
