You seem to have a grandpa who has not been brainwashed.

Congratulations!  ;-)

Löwenherz

yeahhh he knows alot about old school paleo  lol
When we go to get a live lamb or sheep he knows how to check its quality by touching it and hitting it with his hand at right spots
a skill i want to learn because it works all the animals he chooses are really tastyy of course he cooks most of it only because he wants to make it tastier but he knows that it can be eaten raw.

Can't remember as I didn't see the wrapping. It was just standard black chococolate, no extras like nuts/milk or whatever with it.

It was probably loaded with chemicals and sugar :D
Try pure raw chocolate with some green tea :D
Or some Walnuts with raw honey and tea yummy lol   :D

Do you guys clean the kidneys from the urine or something?
Few weaks ago my grandpa bought another lamb and took its organs out he cooks a huge mix of all organs with onions and we eat it its tasty !! its cooked paleo but I dont care.
I asked him about eating the kidneys raw he said you need to boil them few times before eating so the kidney is clean.

ate raw pork balls today

How did you feel after the balls?
Because sabertooth once said it gave him testosterone boost and he asked if the testosterone in pork balls is more bio chemicly close to ours than any other animal balls?

If you look for optimum health you  can  minimize stratches intake.

On the other side they can be used as steroids.
I belive that if you go on 1Meal at the end of the day which consists of high fat protein and another meal of high carbs at the midday you can seriously boost your hormones if ofcourse all the rest of the time you fast.

I don't know if that's too much protein. I am 1,57m, about 46Kg, and the last time I checked I ate sth. around 70 or 75g of protein. I found butter very easy but that kind of doesn't keep me full for a long time. I like beef fat (I think the correct english term is tallow?) Suet I find hardest to digest.

you weight 46kg??? whatttttttttt damn

I recently had some chocolate due to meeting with some relatives and being offered it. I haven't had chocolate since going in for RVAF diets 9 years ago, so was somewhat disgusted to find that chocolate on a RVAF diet seems to have a nasty laxative effect on me. I went out for an hour, and had to run home to the toilet, with only seconds to spare. Not a pleasant experience. I suppose my body now views chocolate as a deadly poison, so gets rid of it fast, as I didn't have this problem with chocolate in pre-RPD days.

What chocolate was that?
Good high quality chocolate with tea always cheers me up.

Health / Re: Enzymes
« on: February 05, 2011, 07:11:50 pm »
There is little scientific info on enzymes, but it is telling that many cooked-food-eaters find they need extra enzyme supplements for better digestion as their bodies own enzyme-producing organs get worn out in old age.

http://www.realmilk.com/enzyme.html

As for digestion-improvement, pre-RPD diet, I had nasty stomach-aches after eating any cooked animal food whatsoever( a trait peculiar to adrenal burnout) and constipation etc. etc. Going rawpalaeo meant my digestion was fine as long as I didn't eat ground, raw meats.

And again I don't understand whats wrong with ground beef?

Teachydude of course digestion is improved!! there is nothing to digest its all almost ready for your body to use.
and the fats are literaly turned into liquid fatty acids vitamins and minerals supplements in your stomach.

Evidence? you wont find any evidence.
The only evidence I got were from my grandpa!!

Before trying raw meat I asked my grandpa if he knew anything about it.
He told me people in kazahstan ate their meat/fat raw with salt on it they used to make jerky and eat "high meat" without knowing that.

Next time I asked my grandpa if he ate raw meat once well he told me he slaughtered a lamb and took piece of fat from it and ate it he said its called "Kurduk" and its very cleansing the esophagus and all the inside organs and then BOOOM ITS ALL LINKED IN MY HEAD Because few days before I read here that Fats are cleansing and AV said same.

Now how the fuck my grandpa could knew it ? he also ate raw testicles he told me its healthy and stuff like that.
While my parents of course the degenerated generation who forgot everything about nature always tell me IF YOU EAT RAW MEAT OR EGGS YOU DIE when they tell me this I laugh because I already eat raw meat once every week without them knowing itttttttt!!!!!!!!11111111111

You said you have insomania try raw milk before bed and tell us how it worked for you.

I heard good stuff about warm raw milk and sleep :D
It has some trytophan amino acid or something

In Paul Check's book "How to eat move and be healthy" he say that when some of his clients who were gluten intolerant, when they changed to grassfed beef they felt better.

And some professional athlets who had injuries from sport when they ate regular supermarket meat they had inflamed tendons for years with little recovery when switched to grassfed their recovery improved and he states that their mood and sleep patterns too.

If you have some food intolerance you might feel difference but how significant it will be depends on how low your health is, probably, not sure.
