They eat lot of meals through the day they do it all wrong according to Sequentinal eating and food combining and bonus to this their food is all low fat chemicly treated and commercial probably also they eat tons of carbs but I think you already know.

Guys what do you think of Grass Finished Meats but all rest of the time been fed grains? btw whats the definition of that ?

This is what they have in middle east(israel) I found a farm where they pasture raise their cows but because of the climate there they have grass only 2 or 2.5 months in a year so I emailed them and asked them "What do you feed your cows are they grassfed?"

They emailed me back and told me they will have grassfed beef in May (So it means Its Grass Finished no?)

What do you think of that?

What you think of self made almond butter(dried not soaked so I added water to the blender).
Me and my friends are doing some now.

And the most Important question can I eat beef shank raw(not grassfed  :'( )? the meat from legs? its very deep red in color.

Yesterday me and my friends we had lamb leg cooked of course I didn't even want to mention them that I wana try it raw they would think I'm psycho.

(Since all raw I was first animals only(6 months), then with varying amounts of plants too(5months). When I was eating plants it weakened my digestive system and I couldn't digest fats and liver properly, I became reliant on the plants to push food through. I've been 1-2 weeks without plants and my digestive system is strong again, no problem eating lots of liver or fat.

Its because plants need alkaline enviorement to be digested and animals acidic (im sure yall know it lol holla at me   :))

I go to Outpost Natural foods. They have 3 stores here and except questcard/foodstamps. THey have Wisconsin local grass fed beef. Ground is 5$ a lb. Not too bad.

Whole foods excepts foodstamps but they don't have local grass fed meats like outpost. Their grass fed meats comes from a different state than Wisconsin. They have grass fed lamb from new zealand. It's like wtf? Meat from all the way over there, ridiculous.

Outpost is the best Natural food store in Wisconsin, and maybe the whole midwest. Or perhaps the United STATE! Fresh unforzen grass fed beef from all different cuts. And local, can't beat that!
 BTW, if anyone is near Milwaukee, outpost is good place to go.

I came to a conclusion.

Counting calories or not counting calories when an active person wants to gain weight especially muscle mass he needs to eat bigger meals and you cant just eat bigger meals without forcing yourself or spicing the food to make it very very tasty.

otherwise you just eat when you hungry and keep things simple and there will be no noticeable changes in your muscle mass.

Also another theory, more muscle mass means burning more fat ..

So people who want to lose weight need to increase their calories intake (healthy raw calories of course mostly high quality fats) and work for strength and after gaining some muscle they will burn fat more efficiently.

Its just a theory I'm not fat nor looking for a way to lose weight I need to gain weight.

I'm just angry at all of the experts which promote low calories high cardio plans to weight lose when its all  about making people get to a level of malnutrition..

I read somewhere that neanderthals consumed insane ammount of calories which most of it was from fat.
Fat is very satisfying and very high in calories so I imagined that people on this forum who do high fat diets their calories intake would be insane either.
