I used to have natural wild honey all the time from my grandma's home. It's a huge home (Historic garden home) with tropical fruits garden, flower garden, huge pond... gorgeous! Bees are always naturally attracted by these natural beauties and flowers all year round. Still there are some bee hives around the house. Here is a photo where you can see even the bees are on it.

Health / Re: Your opinions on Uric Acid blood readings?

You know what?  My ankles were swollen, and then I ate them, and the swelling completely disappeared (physically no more appearance but I don't know how far it corrected).  I could hardly believe how well it disappeared.  That never happens on my ankles, but then I never ate fermented kidney before.
This is interesting. I had an issue with my tonsils that get infected every couple of months when I was on traditional Indian diet (about 10 yrs ago eating mostly healthy Indian food). After that I usually don't get this trouble until I started to eat exclusively Raw Paleo Diet. Now I get this severe tonsils swelling and pain every single month and even now I'm having this severe pain. This is the only thing I'm dealing with after my RPD. Do you have any suggestion? Should I try some raw fermented kidney to see ? I need to make them fermented soon.

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two? And which is better to consume? Also, is Cow's butter or  Goat's better for human consumption?
Raw butter has more carb than raw cultured butter (more expansive and hard to find). Goat milk (carry some vit D) or butter is always better than cow milk.

If you have access to an Indian grocery store get some Fenugreek leaves, soak them in water and rub the water in your hair.
Whatever you do avoid shampoos. I blame the use of Head n Sholders shampoo for my hair loss. A friend of my mother's suggested it for dandruff.
i also heard about fenugreek leaves which are bitter testing and  good for hair. also indian lentils are good after soaking them overnight. i see that good RPD can reduce the dandruff problem dramatically. Well, if you every have this dandruff, just massage a raw lemon and than wash the head with clean water or use the raw eggs and wheatgrass juice for more dramatic result.

I would like to see the research.  I might think that eating fermented raw kidneys might work instead.
I don't mind to try that raw fermented kidney.

I also have an issue like paleophil  l). But I stop going to dentist right after my RPD. Hoping some miracles can take place. I have a loose tooth (the bone decay), now I don't feel that's moving. My tooth pain is gone for good and mouth  never gets dirty as before while I'm just using baking soda.

Health / Re: Maintaining a raw diet when traveling internationally

Good topic. I'm also planning to travel internationally, i must need to carry the raw meat for my son to eat , especially when I need to spend 24 hrs inside the plain (that's challenging). Traveling in Asia, is not bad, where you can have plenty of wet markets all year round.

my 911th post. As a coincidence I was listening to this track today that came off of Stories From The City, Stories From The Sea by PJ Harvey in 2000. I first heard this in the Summer of 2001 when I move to New York City. a few months later two buildings sunk form the sky line and tuned into a cloud of ash right before my eyes while watching from the Brooklyn waterfront. On the anniversaries I now rarely even have more than a fleeting thought about the events but this song alone today was able to jolt my memory and emotions into realizing that other than the atrocities or corruption just simply what a different time it was before and after. No one knows exactly what happened but everything is totally different, especially the people, sounds, and music of New York.
It's so true KD.

I realize that innards are not pleasant especially if the fish is old (refrigerated). I can imagine the fresh fish right after fishing (to eat the whole fish).

This is my 3rd times I wash my hair with eggs, wheat grass juice, excellent result! My whole life I deal with tangles curly hair, now no problem. I have some dandruff issues (very light), I rub fresh lemon on my scalp and than apply the mixture of eggs and wheat grass. So, in the future, I'll try with baking soda and other stuff.

General Discussion / Re: how to prepare raw tongue
« on: November 09, 2010, 02:00:12 am »
does anyone have any advice for eating raw tongue? i have seen cooked recipes which say to blanch the tongue in boiling water in order to take off the skin. do you guys just eat everything like that?
If you really want that hard skin out from the tongue, than burn the tongue directly putting it over a fire; that makes it easy to pull the all skin out while you still enjoy the raw tongue inside.

To KD, yes, tongue is more  delicious than muscle meat.  :D

2 photos for Yuli :

In bigger size here

Humans, bonobos, dolphins and perhaps whales are particular in that they have perennial sexual and genital relations, I mean even the already pregnant women and children not yet able to reproduce also have sexual drives or even genital relations. Why is that? Sexologists and psychoanalysts answer is “for the pleasure”. That’s like telling the purpose of eating is just and only for the pleasure

I remembering seeing that show, where they are having sex , for God's sake, there is no recognition for who's the father, mother, children, uncles or aunts. everyone's involved in sexual activities among themselves . Why don't you just join with chimps?

Yes, I’m divorced. It may have influenced my ideas to some extend, but my case is not at all an exception. It’s rather the closed couples working fine that are an exception. After some years of living together in a closed couple, the relationship wears out, the passionate love of the beginning inexorably goes away and the couple usually and at best settles in a kind of affectionate routine.

But some other people feel that something is missing in their live and they start to long for something else, something fulfilling their deepest aspirations. One day, they fall in love with a third party. That seem to be the normal suit of events. But unfortunately it looks like that since the advent of agriculture, adoption of a sedentary lifestyle with grain and dairy as staple food, at the beginning of the Neolithic era, something went wrong with the human sexual instinct and way of thinking.

Your testicles are talking. This is very unusual act. I don't know they can talk. Hopefully your brain will get at least some control soon.  :D :D :D :D :D :D

(my blog banner)

Awesome, I always think about children myself.

Living in the wild requires entire families: grandparents, aunts, uncles, parents, siblings, children... the extended family... plus the extended family of the co parents.  It takes 2 extended families to raise the children they have in common with.

Relying on just 2 parents to raise children has a low probability of success.
Just beautiful!!

Please, think of the children. What about the children?
