Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Re: Where to Find Organ Meats?
« on: October 31, 2010, 11:28:31 am »
I think because so many US states have such stringent laws, and some areas don't have alot of traditional or eco farming. Here the markets carry quality raised stuff but they arn't allowed to sell unfrozen. In NYC area they can, but for some reason very few farms supply such things unless you develop a relationship with them, which yeah..is good to do. The easiest option of course for me  is mail order particularly if I am buying frozen anyway. Occasionally I've bought a big ole 3.5 lb heart locally but I get mostly everything shipped.
can u provide me the info. i do live in NYC? thanks

General Discussion / Re: Liver "the filter"? Good to eat?
« on: October 31, 2010, 10:31:10 am »
I do a similar thing, I'll eat a large portion (enough to be a meal in itself) when I have it and then not eat it a few days to a week....
The liver I get is organic young calf's liver and its actually not grass or grainfed, its milk fed.....the liver is dark and clean looking, always delicious.
Anyone else try milk-fed calf's liver and did you like it?
i try many times the young calf's liver (milk fed) and i like it. i think that it 's very nutritious than cow liver. calf liver usually is extremely bright red.

the marriage ceremony is most likely neolithic, but marriage as way of life is probably not neolithic.  there are many examples in the animal world of strictly monogamous relationships and human case could be just like that. in any case there is no evidence for and against, so please indicate this is your personal opinion and not some kind of universal fact.
i agree. personally, i want security of my own life and my child's life. so, if i build a raw paleo community, i do want some family structure in  that community where there will be married couple and they take care of their children sincerely. if i don't do that, than what's the difference between me and hippies?

oh noes, they have open air toilet (min 5).
there's nothing wrong with open toilet. that's one of the best options to live a paleolithic life. of course, the winter time is considerable. but the bottom line is, bathroom's supposed to be little far from the sleeping area. i use open toilet many times in my life in back home (south east asia) and love that.

Marriage is a Neolithic thing.
there's no prove that marriage is a neolithic thing. well, i can count to have a paleolithic life where i live in nature, eat raw wild animals and embrace the simplicity of life. babies will be born and they will live  very close to their parents, uncle and aunts. that's good enough!!

it sounds like a great idea but without women it'll suck big time.

in my paleo village, no man can live with a woman without getting married. i'm talking from a fact where outside of the village, people might think that bunch of hippies are living. peace is countable... :)

again i make shampoo with wheat grass juice and 2 organic eggs blended together. the result is very good. i put too much coconut oil on my hair before i put them on my hair. after i wash my hair, my hair looks great (soft, dandruff free skull). before RPD, i have oily skull, but no more now. i'll try future with baking soda to wash my hair. but at this moment i'm very happy with eggs and wheat grass.

i don't eat any vegetables or fruits especially for this winter, but i'm only eating raw proteins and fats. cooked food make me sick at some point. my home, my uncle and aunt are the only people who are using my kitchen to cook as my guest for the past 2 yrs. i'm very unhappy for this and hoping they can afford their own housing soon.

« on: October 27, 2010, 12:50:36 pm »

That one is a huge delicacy. I can feel that exquisite fermentation ;)
i love the taste, smell everything about this oil. my toddler develops gas from it. so, i get regular 3d cod liver oil from whole food. he loves that. this is only pasteurized oil he eats. my husband gets diarrhea after consuming the " blue ice".

i don't mind to drink cow urine. probably my son will love it. when i get my own cow, i'll use the urine and cow dung everything. i've seen people using cow dung for cooking. my mom used to play with them (childhood) and put them under the sun to dry. fresh grass fed cow dung can give u beautiful skin and loaded of other goodies. just put that fresh cow dung on ur skin.

« on: October 27, 2010, 11:52:53 am »
fresh goose meat and organs, goose fat and bison back fat

Edit: i believe these must have been sought out by hunters,

the fat is delicious, the meat is amazing, the organs are fantastic, far from what i expected, 1,0000 times better than chicken

i guess that's wild game for ya  ;)

i'm also getting wild goose from a hunter from my country home. my son has already experienced some wild and exotic raw animals.
