I remeber a TV program called brainiacs or something its from UK England TV.

They did an expiriement took 2 nerds checked their testosterone levels first
than 1 of em got cool black jacket motorcycle for a 1 week or and got a girl attached to him for this time
the second nerd they made him even nerdier lol after 1 week the nerd with black jacket got more Testosterone by 20 percent or something lol

Don't worry about milk and calcium our ancestors had minimal access to high calcium foods so we developed some weird mechanism that when we consume calcium our body makes everything to work on it and leaves over things.

But usually calcium in nature comes with good ratio magnesium phosphors vit d and stuff like that its important so your body can use the calcium!!!

Don't do long cardio lol use it as warmup and do sprints / squats jumps to ball rim as high as you can its what you need to be solid and have healthy lower body  ;)

Cardio drains you very much I talk from expirience but if you rest enough and eat good for you i'd say 12 Minutes every day fast walking would be the perfect thing to do !!! trust me you dont wana get overtrained and burn your body resources.

So I assume the same thing is with 1 meal a day no? you feel great for few years and then your adrenal gets tired no?

I remember someone on the forum said if someone in his fam get to the hospital he would blend raw organs with raw milk and bring it to the fam. you can do the same for him if he is into raw or just bring him raw milk its awesome  ;)

The meats are the only thing which is not raw unfortunately  :'(
I eat cooked chicken and medium rare steaks with salads before to bring some enzymes in.
Soon I guess I'll try some but Im in doubt I'll love the taste
One thing I noticed about cooked meats is that they dehydrate me so I eat it with veggies and I am forced to drink Tea / Water along with it.

Yeah but everyone say too much fruit is bad for you and orange is high glycemic but on other hand
if I go zero carb I lose alot of weight probably which I cant afford so Im not sure what to do :D

What would be the limits on what we could have?

Would we be limited on space? Is there only so many features we could have here before it started slowing down the forum?

The forum is well-organised, and whilst this stuff might be nice, I don't see that it'd be worth it if it would mean increased costs.

It might be cool to have a chat-box. This could be used for shout-outs, random things, and also to invite people to go somewhere else to chat e.g. skype/msn.

It could also be neat to have a chat-room, and of course we could use the chat-box to say we're in the chat-room I suppose.


I suppose that if we are limited on space, there could be created a new sub-section of the forum, with sticky posts detailing various rooms. E.g. if we had off-forum chat-rooms, skype rooms etc... We could just had stickies with the details to get to these rooms. Also, people could post non-sticky in that same sub-forum to say when they'll be online etc..

wtf i want a chat box lol and you want it too and
it doesnt require so so much space to be honest..

I SAY LETS VOTE!! (LOL) because this can be the next thing here  :)

Get yourself magnesium supllements 500mg a day or twice a day..

Its helps lowering cortisol relax you and you might get a shot for a decent sleep... YOU NEED IT.

You cant check for magnesium Deficiency in blood test because it is only in tiny ammounts in our blood but tons of it in our cells.

I tried to sit like that and I can but with my hands and spine leaning ALL WAY FORWARD to get more balance and I can sit like that for 30sec and then I fall back please guide me what to do next this thread moitvated me to learn sitting like that.

If I hold an object in front of me aproximately 2kg weight I can sit like that untill my shoulder get tired of holding that object its like 4 5 miniutes.. so my problem is balance and strength any ideas?

Also the thing that gets me pissed is that I cant stright my back while sitting like that all upper body leaning forwardddd like crazyy

I have alot of time to practise all day long help me
