« on: September 30, 2010, 08:39:18 am »
i feed my toddler combining heart, kidney, brain, gland, marrows, tongue, eyeball, testes and sometimes extremely small piece of liver in one meal. if he eats a second meal, than i give him only muscle meat with raw butter. he's so strong now. thanks god! :D

Yes, I predict someone will sell an office chair you can squat on some day.  ;D
why people need to buy special chair for squatting? if you're not over weight, you can seat or squat on it anyway. in asia, people even use the toilet in squatting position. happy toilet time :D

fashion is my passion. i never buy a dress from store, rather like to make my own. anyone dresses unique, attracts me. i'm not a big fan of lady gaga, but love her taste. she does look exotic with this meat dress.

Gee, thnx. Poland isn't a third world ;)The goats aren't definitely fatty. They devour huge amounts of plants, but they would never get fatty. They're similar to roe deers - they all are very lean.

well, i know about lamb and goat from south east asia. they just graze wild grass and other things. lambs are very fatty there and people don't like to eat fatty meat.

i like tribal dances than those music systems. i love hearing the natural noise of jungle which sounds to me as music. and of course, party means after killing an animal, to eat all the parts  raw sitting  in the same spot with others... :D

Wow, no grains needed to make em that fat?

Cool!
in third world, farmers are too poor to feed the animal grains. so ultimately they don't eat grain. lambs or goats are huge storage of ultimate  fats .

Primal Diet / Re: moldy berries
« on: September 29, 2010, 12:40:22 pm »
My raspberries are a bit over a month old and doing great. I didn't put a lid on them and other than mold there is nothing else I can see in there. I eat probably a heaping TBSP per day with cream, butter, coconut and honey and then again at night. My snoring has stopped.  ;D
i'm happy for you raw-al. but my husband really used to snore and after he consumed raw meat breakfast straight for a month, 90% snoring is gone. i'll make some moldy raspberries for him (it's not the season now) too. i know very well that he won't try the high meat like i do. still in the past i did try on him rotten meat forcefully though >:

i see my parents always buy brown whole wheat and brown or black wild rice. no one specifically mentions that they are really bad, 'cause, i see them they're just living with the pain  -[. my parents don't take my advice on stop consuming grains. in their heads, they are eating healthy. is it true?

in my farm that's the way i'd raise my animals. all wild fruits and grass they will graze on. most of the time, i don't even rinse the red meat to eat. i just take them with the blood. with ground meat, it's even worse. so, i stop eating them for good.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Re: Melons
« on: September 29, 2010, 04:49:29 am »
Wild water melons originate in Southern Africa.

Tiny, many seeds, less fruit than common domesticated variety.
Pretty much the same when comparing most wild vs domesticated fruits.

Melons with many seeds is your best bet. Similar to wild ancestor=Good
where you can buy the wild water melon's seeds? i'd love to have some. ???

« on: September 29, 2010, 04:25:09 am »

Primal Diet / Re: What to drink if there's no raw milk?
« on: September 29, 2010, 04:12:41 am »
it's very surprising to me how my thrust goes down after i adopted with complete paleolithic diet. like most of other members in this forum, i definitely will go with clear sun ionized water. when you raise this question, what to drink beside raw milk... i tthink i can say to drink some fresh blood. beg pardon, just thinking about the blood, my Amish farmer almost get offended by me. he ask me thousand times what i'll do with blood. but i never will touch any pasteurized milk for sure.  :)
