Try having high fat and high carbs at the same time and it will fire up your metabolism so you don't get cold hands and cold feet.  A couple of bananas will do the trick for carbs.  Fat you get from animal fats.

Yellowish fats from beef meat is awesome plus saba.

I've watch the movie "Healing Cancer Inside Out" and it is absolutely recommended for those who wants to know the conspiracy on war against cancer.

Well, one thing re rawpalaeodiets I have noticed is that they help lose weight much better than other diets and help build muscle quicker(though only with exercise of course).

I totally agree with this!

If only the producers of "The Biggest Loser" would know this fact then they would find it easy to manage their  over weights. Peace!

Off Topic / Re: Living in the wild
« on: October 29, 2010, 01:04:40 am »
I think I am heading to the wild eventually. It's inevitable.

I want to go right now. Anyone interested in the same?
Killing that goose so easyy really opened my eyes a bit on how I could live off the land so easy.

That's great! There's a lot to learn in the wild in terms of good health.

No, bacteria don't get killed by freezing, they go dormant. In my own case, the freezing somehow dried out the high-meat and that alwats fouls up the process. Freezing ruptures the cell-membranes which might explain why it is less effective.

I agree!

blood sugar spikes when pancreas cannot produce enough insulin to break down the sugar molecules into single molecules from the food we eat. Another way of looking at it is when single molecule sugar enters the the damage part of the liver. These sugar will be thrown out to the bloodstream and causes the spike in blood sugar

To avoid this scenario avoid foods with 3 or more sugar molecules or the polysaccharides.

General Discussion / Re: Stomach pains from raw beef?

Since when did you start eating raw beef?

Your body needs to adjust from eating raw. Give it time and everything will normalized.

Those good bacteria must have killed the bad ones inside you.  ;D

Exercise / Bodybuilding / Re: Ultimate Martial Arts
« on: September 12, 2010, 07:38:56 am »
I'd like to restart martial arts after a very long time away from Judo(I was a green belt). I like Judo for the hefty exercixse involved(it's like wrestling), but I'd also like something more combat-based, these days.

I've heard lots of good things about Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, but have also heard of how Ninjutsu-practitioners(led by Hatsumi) beat them hollow in Japan in those trial-fights that the BJJ guys like to setup to "prove" the superiority of their art. I'm certainly not in favour of any too specialist martial arts like taekwondo(too focused on the legs) or self-defence(like aikido). I want to kick someone's butt!

I've also heard of Krav Magna but it sounds too Israeli-specialised or whatever.

Anyway, any recommendations/suggestions?

As for me if we study the origins of martial arts it has its roots related to religion.

Religious people see martial arts as their way to improve their mind and body unity which some call it perfection.

It's sad that today some forgot the origins of martial arts.

After all when we all get old the real martial arts is MARTIAL HEART.

Thanks!

Health / Does raw fat taste bad after 2-3 days?
« on: September 11, 2010, 09:46:38 pm »
Just a question....

When fats from beef is just a day old- it taste good but say on the second day or third day the taste of it is bad such that it's hard to eat it.

Any ideas how to properly store raw fats from animals?

Or it's just the ways it is.

Thanks!

I tried introducing enzyme therapy to my cancer patients and it works.

With strict RPDs i haven't try it yet... though I am thinking it should also help cancer patients.

Cancer can be avoided or can be cured as long as we understand how our body's immune system works.

Medicines/chemo/radiation used  conventionally are just another bunch of toxins introduced in the body.

Watch our for the re-occurrence!

pictures of what you would virtually bring would be nice. ha ha ha

These fats taste delicious on the second day. Superb

I just could not chew some of its the tendons. its just to hard to chew. maybe more days to store it before eating eat

Why's that, leadahead?

Grapeseed Extract has OPC (Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins) which are a set of bioflavonoid complexes that perform as free radical scavengers in the human body.

Interesting how your fruit and vegetables look like something you would actually find in nature while our fruits and vegetables here in the western world look like plastic toys.

these are native fruits... he he he

18
Examples of fruits that are sugar bombs:
- yellow mangoes
- rambutan
- raisins
- grapes
- dates
- prunes
- jack fruit

Grapes should be fine if its eaten with its seeds.I don't buy seedless grapes

Hi mates,

Here's my raw diet for the day:

Bought all of them at Marikina Market. GS should know where it is coz he's living nearby.

Details here:

Details on my recipe:
Plan 1- mix the following: cuts of onion leaves , egg yolk (native egg) and tiny fish (dulong in our dialect)
Here's how it looks like when mix:

Plan 2- Bone marrow plus Fats (yummy!) to be eaten with coco meat
Plan 2- Banana (red ones are rare here in manila) and native guava as dessert

Of course a glass of coco juice.

Have a nice day to all!

Beef liver is best when eaten raw.

Hi GS,

When these fruits are in unripe state, that's when it's high in enzymes.

Do you eat the skin of these fruits too?

One of my friends eat some it its skin. But he's not on RPD.

Hi leadahead!

Thank you for the recipe!

How did your stomach response..?  :)

Are your tomatoes unripe? They look unripe to me.
I would not eat unripe tomatoes leadhead, they have a poison in them, Solanin.. -X

I never wash my meat, by the way. Why do you do that?

Inger

Hi Inger,

Thanks for the information about tomatoes. I'll take note on that.

Thanks Inger.

The meat was great!

Hi mates,

After eating those raw beef tapa i had some belching and late in the afternoon I had diarrhea.
I suspect it must have been the coconut cream. Ha ha ha. Lesson learned!

Anyways the diarrhea I had was not that terrible and the good thing was I had with me an enzyme supplement and that helps a lot.

I'm doing fine after that and continue eating raw meat.
