How do you generally feel on this diet?
Mmm, I love my body haha . And I was wondering do you guys find it easy to keep weight on on this diet? Or do people generally experience a lot of weight loss? And what can you eat to keep your weight on or gain weight?
I know that this diet mostly focuses on lean meats but can you still eat fatty meats like bacon and sausage? I heard that they contain a lot of salt which is *bad*...but what is so bad about salt >.<?
And please give me the skinny of the benefits you have experienced on this diet ^-^
