No sorry mate, the taunting in the videos - like the guy asking to be hit in the jaw around 1.05. Don't think its natural or healthy to approach any fight or 'fighting' with that mindset. I completely agree with you about being more technical, like weak points, I vividly remember pulling my friends hair in a fight, and as a kid I didn't even think twice about it but just knew it would hurt.

On a side note I was thinking that I don't play fight with brothers or friends any more, but back in the day when we did, we were never so close :).

Yeah but you never see gorillas going for each others balls do you? You don't wont to mutilate your opposing sapien, just beat him into submission.

I smell a lot of sexual repression and misplaced machismo with these fighters...  :P

Primal Diet / Re: Maybe we need to drink animal blood instead of MILK ?

When I was buying wild deer from the people that shot and butchered them it was easy to ask for unusual stuff. Twice I got bagged blood, maybe a kilo+ each time, and its rich stuff.

Ask the people you buy meat from as after an animal gets killed it will be wasted otherwise, or in a bigger place sold very cheaply for I'm sure something like.... (no idea catfood, or something?). What a waste of something so precious.

Slowly re-establish the trend of using the whole animal from your supplier. Lets take the power back.

Umm..

"..mild spices including basil, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, fennel, fenugreek, fresh ginger and turmeric. Rajasic spices like black pepper, red pepper and garlic are normally excluded, but are sometimes used in small amounts to keep the channels open "

thats what the ancient practise of ayurveda says (which isnt so ancient compared to our genuinely ancient diets)

Ps. I got that from typing 'Sattvic Diets' into google, but you can pretend I'm a really clever and well read ayurvedic practioner instead if you want, which of course i am.
