Alright. I don't know of any local farms close by, but there is a Whole Foods Market near me.

I can probably hook you up with some cheap, high-quality raw meat, fish, milk, and fruit in the area. Let me know if you're interested.

There's a dude here named Lex that orders a pet food blend of ground meat and organs and eats that exclusively. His food bills are very low indeed - the lowest one can get eating healthy.

1. How much money do you usually spend a month on raw animal?
2. Do you add any seasoning to your raw meat before consuming?

Surely many if you would argue agaiNst my unsustainable eating, which is what I'm hoping for, other than that, I keep having this yearning to eat raw meat and I dint know why.

Hello.
With so many diet fads out here in the world, what separates a raw meat paleo diet from all the other ones? raw fruit diet, raw vegan, etc..
Why should I consume raw meat?
I thrive on a half organic and half S.A.Diet. With the little money I earn from work, i have no choice but to eat fried chicken, home made cheese burgers, oatmeal i prepare here n there,, oodles n noodles, etcc. I only make like 150 a week, and I have a monthly EBT balance of 200 bucks. I do try though, do eat organic whenever I can. I do a bit of shopping at whole foods, head to the produce section and get a lot of fruits n veggies to make smoothies with. I figure these would be nutrient dense. And I take a food based multivitamin to supplement what I do not get every day.
1. What are the benefits of eating raw meat?
2. Given my budget, how could I get this raw meat and make it last for a month?
3 I have tried raw meat before, and it did not taste good, and on top of that, it made me very sick for days, i did a lot of throwing up, and it was very hard for me to recover and it was not comfortable, at all.. I ate raw beef chuck ( grain fed and something else) ( cant think of it right now). Will I get sick again if I am convinced to indulge?
4. Whenever I go to the meats section at whole foods, I stare at the red bloody meat for a LONG TIME. It looks VERY TASTY but when i have tasted raw meat, it did not taste good. Yes, probably better off with no seasoning but how could I spice it up?
