Health / Re: Intestine issues in the morning
« on: September 27, 2021, 04:34:07 pm »

Sorry if this is a silly q, but how is AV's recipe different than 'put meat in jar, air every few days, leave it for a few weeks' ? I mean are there different recipes for making high meat ?

Well, that actually is his recipe! He introduced the concept of high meat to people!

I find myself trying less and less of AV's recipes. Making sure I eat raw meat daily makes me slowly detox unhealthy toxins that were stored in my body. No fruit or shake has ever helped me with that. I only use his high meat recipe.

Hello,

The high meat will heal you, don't worry about the nuts and vegetables thing. High meat will be the best option for your digestion.

-Clean new jar
-Fresh (never frozen) meat (I get it the day it arrives at the butcher from the slaughter)
-Put it in the fridge
-Air every 2/3 days and stir the contents sometimes.

It should be edible in 3/4 weeks and strong enough to get better quickly in 2/3 months.

Hi and welcome!

The truth is that raw meat will definitely heal you, although maybe slowly but surely.
If you are thin and have eaten shit processed foods for years, you might have developed some form of ''skinny fat'', where the small amounts of fat you have is protecting you from all the toxins you ingested by eating processed foods over the years.
What would help tremendously is to make high meat, that would probably solve all of your issues very quickly.

Do I understand that you find it hard to actually eat raw meat? Because I can tell you it is impossible to get better without.

I just experienced what someone else described before, my high meat just sort of stopped progressing. I think this is because the meat wasn't fresh enough. It was chicken that I bought from a good butcher but I think they store it at like 0 or 1 degrees to keep it sellable. However it is not fresh enough for high meat making, as it turns out. I hate that I wasted 1 month on this batch with bad meat.. anyways, gonna give it another try and ask them on what day they get a new batch of chicken.

Lol I sense the same vibe, aggression and arguments as many vegans (including Durianrider who has made a vasectomy). Why the unfriendly, arrogant tone? Sounds a bit desperate to me. I was in that vegan/fruitarian circle for many years, and one of you totally reminds me of those rabid vegans, and I was so happy to escape that very immature scene, but obviously some still need to grow up.

Idk why that guy is on this forum.. he sounds like a total misanthropic vegan who is super unhealthy, angry and depressed and takes it out on everyone that is content in any way.

Dude, you are deluded and illogical as fuck, living in the matrix from this point of views and you talk like a feefail(woman).. It is proven that men living with women have drastically reduced IQs and will adopt female traits.

Most people are bored as fuck. You need to read books, find some CONSTRUCTIVE hobbies and enjoy YOUR life.

Bringing into the world more: fascists, totalitarian single digit iq nobodies(to enforce and carry out satan’s plans), communists, marxists, bolsheviks, leninists, SJWs, BLMs, socialists, mercenaries, welfare/benefit queens/kings, cartel members, starving/thirsting people, broken homes, broken people, broke/bankrupt people from all points of views, hitmen, hitwomen, murderers, murderers wearing uniforms/badges, abused, abusers, drunkards, drug addicts, drug dealers, homeless, gang/mafia members, suicide victims, bullies, bullied, torturers, tortured, mentally and physically handicapped, racist group gang members IS NOT A CONSTRUCTIVE HOBBY.

Can't believe someone with worldviews like this is on a forum dedicated to health, lmao

One like that without the freezing compartment, just big enough to fit an air-tight plastic bin in, in which I store the glass jar to trap the smells in the plastic bin and not the fridge itself.

Also, try to get a small dedicated mini fridge for the high meat, otherwise it will stink up your main fridge and ruin all your other food. Start ASAP with high meat because it takes some time to mature and you will wish that you started sooner when you try it!

I definitely see your point. Will try various containers, including jars, and see what works for me.

About high meat, I read of people airing the thing every 2-3 days, others report not airing for weeks. What has been your experience ?

I used to be part of the not airing gang, but then realised that airing is indeed necessary. Now I suggest that you air it every other day, even though waiting 2/3 days should be fine. I air on monday, wednesday, friday, sunday, tuesday, etc. If you go on holiday you can just ''continue'' where you left off because the bacteria become inactive when you stop airing, but don't actually die. Just remember that for the first months you really want to keep a good schedule on airing the jars, as you really need some time before the high meat is really strong enough to get a lot of effects.

Thank you.

Yeah, I have been thinking about that  :)

Planning to experiment with this sort of containers rather than jars, feels like it would be easier/cleaner to get the high meat out and clean the container afterwards:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Glass-Food-Storage-Containers-Lids/dp/B07XKS846F

Haha, forget it. The smell of any rotten meat will stay in your container forever, no matter how many times you've washed it. The glass mason jars are perfect because you can just buy new ones if you do something wrong in the process.

Also, the forced brainwashing of children, problems with  online bullying, parental controls over kids being granted to the govt makes anything about even raising children extremely unappealing because of the overwhelming problems and lack of discretion to make your own choices. I can't even imagine anything joyful about it.

Pairing up? Why. Men don't love or protect women. We had to become the men to protect ourselves...

I don't want to be rude but when you see an antelope being killed by a lion, do you identify with the antelope or the lion?

You talk about all the bad things that can happen to you in life as if they will happen to you, it makes you sound very bitter.

The whole thing about proper nourishment in raw meat is that it gives you strength, mentally and physically, to overcome all hardships of life. Women become attractive to men and men become strong enough to protect women. It sounds like it is you who does not fit into that equation, rather than the world being upside down. Raw meat has been very emancipatory for me, it made me realise that, in this day and age where everyone is malnourished on toxic foods, you have to actively work for this equation to work.

Just got here, but I already do not want to hang out with you depressing people. No wonder this place is dead.

Bye.

What a dumb edgelord.

Health / Re: Detox symptoms on the RPD? Or bad virus?
« on: August 05, 2021, 02:43:19 pm »
The detox headaches I get are different from the bad/unhealthy headaches I get. If I eat something bad and get a headache, it is usually way more hurtful than a detox headache, which usually feels like it is there but barely really hurts.

Considering you suffer from mental illness, it is possible you are detoxing a lot of stuff from your head/brain. I don't know your history but years of substance abuse can possibly mean your head and body are very toxic, resulting in detoxifications that feel like headaches.

General Discussion / Re: Any experience with High Fish?

I just want to say that from my experience warm fermentation does not yield the same results as cold fermentation. Cold fermentation has waaaaaay stronger effects than warm. I feel like people only do warm fermentation because it is ''quicker'' but there is no point in doing it because it simply isn't the same as a proper cold fermentation. Avoid plastic at all costs.

Francis, I'm really interested in making high fish, so basically you just cut in pieces, put in fridge and air everyday? Or? Did I miss something? And for how long? Can I/should I add some ingredients or just 100% fish? Thanks!

Chop fish in small pieces, so that it ferments faster because there is more surface area and so you don't have to break it up when you start eating it. Also, use fresh fish. Stuff it in a glass jar and put it in the fridge. Air it every other day so monday then wednesday then friday.. etc. Stir the contents from time to time as well to make sure all pieces are exposed to air and thus can ferment. Try a piece after 1 month, it is usually done/strong enough after 2 or 3 months. Don't add other ingredients.

BTW, normal high meat stinks already, so make sure to use another fridge than your main fridge. I use a small mini fridge to ferment and in there is like 3 boxes and 3 layers of plastic bags to contain the smell lol.

The truth is that if you aren't willing to eat raw meat, you won't change your anything about your health and feel stuck in this negative cycle forever.

For me it was easier, all the foods that you ''cheat'' with actually make me feel terrible. I had to start eating raw meat just to feel alive/OK, that makes it easier.

A tip I can give is just to make sure you eat 200g of raw meat a day. As long as you sneak that in there every day you will be making progress, though slower than going all raw. Also, try to avoid the sweets and addicting stuff by eating raw meat instead when you get the urge for those addictive foods.

If you truly want to heal quickly/efficiently without eating a lot of raw meat every day, making a good ''high meat'' is the way to go. A properly fermented high meat (3/4 months old, fridge fermented, aired every 2 days, I recommend chicken) is so powerful that merely eating 1 piece every 3 or 4 days yields a ton of benefits for your body. Still, it requires dedication by buying a small mini fridge and taking care of the ferment, and I don't know anything about your living situation so it is possible that this interferes with your social life.

My point is, you have to get real and commit to this diet. If that takes telling your surroundings about it, then that is a step you must take (we've all been there). Once you actually start eating it you will realise that it is easy; eat the right food and you will feel better, there is nothing else to it.

I would keep it in the fridge if you make it. It takes longer but the result is way better. Air every other day.

Get rid of the supplements. Nothing paleo about it. Also experiment with leaving out Dairy. Sometimes people don't do well on it.

It would definitely be worth investigating that (not the kind of thing i study though). I enjoy specially high liver and agree with its benefits, having experienced them myself. It's true that people should know about this kind of stuff for their own benefit, but thats not the direction medicine is/has been taking... its not about health, its about keeping you drugged and squeezing you out of your money.

While that's true, there are still plenty of doctors that really want to help people with whatever ails them. I know you are studying the wrong side though, the side that is more focused on ''producing'' medicine. Even the idea of ''producing'' medicine is funny to me now. The medicine is already there.. you just need to eat it. Anyway, I hope to get some of my friends on board that study the human gut microbiome and its relation to human health. If they experience the power of high meat they surely should be interested in what really makes the high meat work? My guess is an abundance of vitamine k2, but who knows. Anyways, welcome again.

Are you interested in researching High Meat? Sometimes I think that high meat as a cure for depression would be the only thing powerful enough to cause a paradigm shift in modern medicine (to raw meat/food).

I'm 5'5 and have weighed between 8 s 9 ib and 7 9 ib (I'm closer to the latter now) which is a healthy BMI for my height.
I do eat plenty of raw honey, (though have never added it to the milk) and have drunk plenty of raw milk, but nothing seems to make me feel any different.
As an experiment, I tried avoiding fats and going back into fruit, and I don't get the heavy digestive fatigue I get from the meat and fats.. Slowly I've been adding eggs and liver, and feel the same, as they don't have too much fat content. No yucky feelings yet.
I'll keep upping those, and will try oxbile tablets and beet kvass to stimulate my bile production to break up the fats, but I don't even know if that's the problem, as I don't have most of the symptoms of malabsorption...
I have some high meat and high liver in the go, to see if that does anything.

Thanks for your take =)

I feel like we are in similar situations. I also have trouble digesting fats, especially red meats.

I started eating raw chicken only and am currently making high chicken. I recommend you to do the same, ditch the high liver and only make high muscle meat. It is possible you have gallbladder stones/problems that are hard to get rid of. The only thing that is really effective is good high meat. This is why you should do the following exactly: get a new fresh jar that hasn't been used for high meat/fermentation before and make high chicken in your fridge. air it every 3 days or so and stir the contents to make sure all sides are rotten. Use fresh chicken. I found that high meat actually dissolves gallbladder stones, but only if it's done in the proper way I just described. Red meat is hard for gallbladder patients to digest, other people have said the same.
