Hi everyone, I’m Allen from Mexico currently living in Miami. I just accomplished 1 year of a vegan version of the Warior Diet (one meal a day) and then 80-10- 10 raw vegan, im very disappointed because it didn’t worked at all, it even diminished my fitness level. I don’t know if I did it wrong but im sure I was very disciplined and stucked to the program as a soldier. So as a year went by I want to try something else, coincidentally I just found out about the raw paleo and I want to try it out... just don’t know how to start and worried bcause im still attached to the idea that I have to eat lots of raw fruits and veggies. I would be really grateful if I get some hints on how to start.
