Wow this thread caught my eye, its very interesting because I too had a dream about my teeth falling out. This dream occurred while I was raw vegan. It was very scary.

I need to cut out nut butter. I feel like I'm becoming addicted to it fast. I would eat a whole jar of almond butter a day...I did this twice already.
Any bad experiences with nut butters?

So raw is definitely the way to go if you want to look aprox. 10 years younger then your actual age.

They have not read enough of raw meat information.

The paradigms of health, healing, mind set, raw fat, bacteria are all complete opposite from what most people know.

I came to raw meat eating learning first from raw vegan and raw fruitarian teachings.

If vegs and fruits can be that good raw and are meant to be eaten raw... then what about animals?  Raw meat? Raw animals?

Ding! Aha! Animals are supposed to be eaten RAW as well, with organs too, whole for small animals, and sometimes having more bacteria with high meat, meat maturation is beneficial too.

Then people have to hurdle the obvious difference between RAW FAT and cooked fat.

There's the yuck factor too.  But the yuck factor goes away with education.  Then experience.

Experiencing this much health and you don't want to go back to inferior cooked food.

How long have you been eating a raw paleo diet, and how old are you? I've already read on the forum that you did Raw Vegan and Fruitarian for 2 months.

Is there a significant difference between a Raw Paleo and a Cooked Paleo? Do Cooked Paleo's age faster, suffer more from toxins, etc? How harmful can cooking be in the longterm? I've been wondering if I should be 98% Raw Paleo(social gatherings would most likely be a problem to be 100%) or should I try to balance out Raw and Cooked Paleo foods. What are your thoughts?

Guys I just had my first raw steak ever. It was a Beef Chuck Shoulder steak. It took like 2-3mins of staring at it before I had the balls to eat it. But once I took that first bite I realized how easy it is. About 30mins after eating it I got a huge energy rush. I'm still energized right now while I type this. I wonder if its just because I'm proud that I ate the steak or was it really the meat?

Hello brothers and sisters. In a search for optimal health and longevity I came across the Raw Vegan diet and decided to experiment with it. I started going raw in the middle of May this year. It was an amazing experience but after a few months I felt like I was missing something and I now know that it is MEAT! Just this week I was at Fairway Market in NYC buying my weekly supply of fruits and veggies when I saw sitting there...a rotisserie organic free range chicken. I bought it, took it home and devoured the whole chicken in one sitting. It was as if it was instinct telling me to eat it.

So here I am ready to get into Raw Paleo Diet because I know its right. I have a few questions, I hope you guys can help me out.

1. I would like to buy my meat in bulk for about a months supply. I hear that there are great websites to order from. Which one(s) do you reccommend?

2. What type of animals and cuts should a person new to eating meat ease into? Even when I was on a SAD I didn't eat many steaks.

3. What are your views on using lemon or rinsing the meat before you eat it? Is it necessary?

All help would be greatly appreciated.
