Primal Diet / Re: Red Meat Intolerance?

guess I'm cutting out the eggs. I'm from norcal, been mixing costco eggs with more expensive ones to save money, never thought it would be an issue. i hope it's the eggs, it's been frustrating having to cut out raw meat. i've already lost lean muscle and feel weaker in general

I'll give it some time and take it easy, then. Bite-size portions from now on. I doubt fat is the issue, since I consume more than a dozen raw yolks a day.

Primal Diet / Red Meat Intolerance?

I've been eating raw meat for months now; a pound a day of either beef liver, heart or steak. This whole time, though, I've been dealing with bloating and diarrhea from the meat, which hasn't subsided at all after months. I figured my stomach would get used to it, but it hasn't at all.

Things I've tried to alleviate issues:
-different kinds of red meat (lamb)
-multiple sources of high quality meat / butchers
-eating nothing but raw meat/eggs for a period of time
-eating the meat alone as a meal
-adding raw fat
-cooked keto combined with raw meat meals
-small amounts of raw meat instead of an entire pound

I finally stopped eating raw meat, and my stomach feels way better, but the benefits of raw meat (added lean muscle, strength, fullness) are lacking. Recently I got diarrhea so bad I had to go on a raw egg fast for a couple days, which cleared it up quickly.

I've heard dogs get diarrhea from raw diets without added calcium. Does this apply to humans? Should I switch to white meats?
