My name is Sheryl and I'm 27.
I'm a graphic artist and I love traveling.
I've decided to try my hand at low-carb because I'm now working from my home but I don't work days. I talk to people abroad and because of this, I have to follow their schedule. Saves me money from traveling from home to office though!!!
So, the problem for me is, I haven't been going to the gym since I sleep whenever gym is open and I'm up when it closes. Without any decent workout done, I find myself gaining weight. Also, I tend to eat more because I'm the only one awake at night.
I've heard of Paleo diet? I know it's like a caveman's way of eating and what appealed to me is the presence of MEAT! oh i just love my steak!!!
Anyway, I'm trying to lose weight by eating and exercising from the comforts of my home. Anyone keen on sharing some advice?
