Primal Diet / Re: Where can I get raw cream or butter shipped to me?

Try contacting your nearest weston a price foundation. Thats how I got my awesome amish dairy connect.

Why can't you post your contact directly on the forum? Don't they have a website?
Is it the same Pennsylvania Amish dairy farm that Aajonus  recommends?

Yes, when eating properly for me I had two filling fall out and the inside of the tooth built up inside again - a layer inside - growing.

Very interesting. What are the best foods for teeth according to you? Are you 100% raw? Do you eat dairy? Many say bone stock is great for teeth but that's not raw. Have you tried it?

Primal Diet / Re: question on raw milk
« on: December 30, 2011, 05:32:56 pm »
Just make sure you don't show any symptoms like bloating, cramping or headaches after consuming it. Sometimes when consuming too much (raw) milk you end up with constipation because of the imbalance of Mag/Cal. I don't recommend drinking tons of milk over long periods of time. Take seasonal breaks if you can, like during winter months when goats tend to 'dry up' anyways. 1 cup of raw milk a day for the rest of your life won't hurt you, but gulping down a quart or more a day will probably cause allergic symptoms over time and your body will let you know it. I know so because that's where I currently am.
My massive milk consumption is finally dwindling down, hopefully I can completely stop drinking milk all together this late fall + winter.
Raw milk is a great way to get all minerals and vitamins and hundreds of other good things not even discovered yet into your body and really nourish your skin, nails and hair.

What raw food can provide enough magnesium to balance large intake of raw milk? I've been asking myself this question for a long time. My magnesium levels always seem to be on the low side. I find it strange that a food that is supposed to be enough in itself to support a living being is not balanced in minerals !?

What do you mean by carbs exactly? When I was rebuilding my teeth I couldn't eat SUGAR at any cost, but could eat all the fruit and vegetables that I wanted and were good for my body as a whole and it didn't interfere with the rebuilding.  Sugar and carbs to me are different things. I think the trick is to eat what is ideal for you as an individual.

Dorothy, what do you mean by rebuilding your teeth? I would definitely appreciate advice on how to improve my teeth. I have composite fillings on 12 of them and sensitivities on all of them. I also blame these for neck tensions and jaw problems. I read somewhere that some people even found ways to have their teeth fill the hole occupied by the filling and see the fillings themselves sort of been expelled from the tooth. All of that through proper nutrition only. Did you have a similar experience?

General Discussion / Re: Craving for Cooked Foods
« on: December 24, 2011, 06:42:55 pm »
I also crave cooked food all the time. I also agree that the more I eat cook food the worse it gets but I found that the problem is that the raw animal products I get is deprived from a lot of goodies that my body needs. I moslty buy from supermarket but even in organic stores the food is not right. It's all commercial at one point. However the problem is solved for me when I get access to raw pasture fed animal products. This food is godsend and it stops all my cravings instantly. I can eat only that and I'm fine. On top of that I normally overeat but with raw red meat from pasture fed animals I eat only a little and I stop thinking about food for the rest of the day. I find that amazing. Only problem is that I cant find it in my area so I'm stuck with tasteless meat that keep me craving cooked food all day.
