Decided to keep track of everything I ate for the past five days. Over time, I have adjusted my almost 95% raw paleo diet to include other cooked paleo dishes. Had a good discussion with Chris Kresser about my diet and have put some things in a different perspective now.
Fri
Wake up
12 oz distiller water with juice from 6 small calamansi fruit
Breakfast
8oz Tuna Sashimi with fresh garlic, tomato, and cold-pressed olive oil
Camote top juice 8 oz
*One fresh avocado
*8 oz fresh orange juice with grated ginger and turmeric
*250 mg chelated magnesium supplement
Later one whole young coconut with the meat of the coconut
Lunch
Tomato and cucumber salad with braggs raw apple cider vinegar
16 oz fresh juice from cucumber, zucchini, celery spinach, parsley, cilantro, and *one teaspoon raw unheated honey
Later - 3 raw organic chicken yolks
juice of organic carrot (4), cucumber (1), celery (4 stalks), and parsley
Dinner
*Slightly steamed ocean shrimp with cold-pressed olive oil
*Steamed organic broccoli and cauliflower

*A dozen longan berries
*Snack organic popcorn cooked dry in a glass bowl in the microwave - unheard cold pressed olive oil & a pinch of himalayan sea salt (once a week snack)
Before bed

12 oz tenderloin lightly grilled (commercially raised since we were at a party)
*One small grilled squid
Salad of tomato, cucumber, onion, carrots with *minimal olive and vinegar salad dressing - non organic
Juice from two very young coconut
*One glass of red wine
*8oz - Perrier water
Before bed
