Hmm, I tried chewing raw coca leaves when I was in South America on holiday for a couple of months, c. 8 years before I went rawpalaeo. I got no effect on them that I could determine, no doubt because, at the time, my mind and body was so infused with excessive levels of hormones that I already felt like I was on drugs , anyway. I am getting a bit sick of being a Puritan on this one issue, so I have been doing some quick research on where to buy drugs in Vienna. Seems as though some Underground Stations may be the best bet. On the other hand, how do I guarantee that what they sell is what I want(transactions are ultra-quick and formulaic to make it as difficult as possible for the cops) and whether the stuff is safe to consume and in what quantity? And is there anything legal I can try in Austria? Any ideas welcome from those rawpalaeos who regularly explore other planes of consciousness or whatever.

Me too. I will generally get a small amount of sweat (armpits) when doing anything, but nothing more than that. I only really start sweating in other places when it's summer.
Yes, we eat the same exact foods. Only differences would be maybe I get an orange and he gets an apple when we go to the store for fruit. Or he eats 4 eggs while I eat 2. I'm 5'5" and 120 lbs, he is 5'10" and 155 lbs. We've never checked our pulse or temperature - not even sure how to go about that.
Also interesting. I've found when I eat anything with salt, I'll drink a massive amount of water within an hour or so.
Yeah, that's how I feel. The 3-4 glasses is like the absolute max, it's usually 1 small cup of water at work, and little to none if I'm not active.
Any reason why?
I feel like I get my fluids from fruit. I've been eating a lot of watermelon and just more fruit in general, and have been drinking even less water now. I remember GS mentioning that he relied on fresh fruit for his water.
I don't think peeing often is a bad thing, although at some point there would be 'too much' especially if you aren't gorging on something like watermelons or drinking tons of water. I can go 8-9 hours without peeing - I'll realize it when I did a full 8 hours at work and never went during any of my breaks. Then I'll get home and only when I'm in the shower to I finally really have to go.
On the contrary, my boyfriend drinks TONS of water. He even said that halfway through his watermelon, he felt like he needed to drink water badly. He's the exact opposite of me - he easily drinks more than the suggested 12 glasses. Probably bordering 20 glasses a day. But doesn't pee like crazy either. I wonder what the reason behind this is?
Raw paleo can only help, give it a shot. Maybe try some intermittent fasting or longer water fasting to get your immune system away from your gut and available to do work elsewhere. But make sure not to go into starvation if you are already slim, as that will only make things worse. Eating raw animal skin will promote faster healing of the skin as well.
Why eat desiccated Thyroid, when raw is so much better.
I believe the key to optimal adaption to low carb paleo diet is eating the whole animal. Eat the entire liver, kidneys, spleen, lymph nodes, thyroid, thymus, adrenals, brains, eyes, tongue, ect,and drink the blood.... all raw.
I suspect that you haven't allowed time for your body to use fat as fuel.. Fruit and meat and honey will give rise to blood sugar and hence insulin. This may 'feel' good, but I would look into long term possibilities if I were you maintaining this dietary habit.
Aw! This is disappointing. As mentioned above, Yukhoe (uses both meat and honey) is definitely a treat. I've never noticed digestion issues, but I'll also say that I'm not experienced enough to tell when something is wrong unless it's directly discomforting
